1. What UIFit Is

UIFit is a design system fitting room built by SoulMech ("we", "us"). It lets you preview, remix, and export design tokens from 64 major design systems. Browsing and previewing is free. By using or purchasing UIFit, you agree to these terms.

2. Free vs. Paid

All 64 design systems are free to browse and try on. A one-time payment of $29 unlocks the ability to export AI-ready prompt packs and design token files in 6 formats. This is a perpetual license — pay once, use forever.

Payments are processed through Gumroad. By completing a purchase you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.

3. Design Tokens & Brand Data

The design tokens in UIFit — colors, spacing, typography scales — are factual data extracted from publicly available design guidelines. Factual data is not subject to copyright. We do not claim ownership of any brand's token values.

UIFit does not grant you any trademark license or brand authorization. You are responsible for determining whether your use of exported tokens complies with each brand's usage policies. We are not liable for how brands respond to your use of their design language.

4. Fonts

All fonts displayed in UIFit are open-source substitutes, not the brands' original typefaces. A substitution table is available on each brand page. We do not distribute or license any proprietary fonts.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Since UIFit is fully free to browse and try before purchase, no refunds are offered for digital export packs. You can explore all 64 styles, random generation, and blending at no cost before deciding to buy.

6. Disclaimer

UIFit is provided "as is." Nothing on this site constitutes design advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of exported design tokens. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our website.
